We know that Samsung will begin shipping the new Galaxy models S6 in April. Therefore, it was expected India launch before the company can open pre-orders for equipment here.

Recently, the site Samsung Netherlands had listed the variant 32GB Galaxy S6 for € 699 (About Rs 48,400), the 64 GB for € 799 (which amounts to Rs 55,300) and edge Galaxy S6 for 32 GB to € 849 (amounting to about Rs 58,800) while the 64GB version of the Edge S6 is listed as € 949 (equivalent to Rs 65,700).

The price for the 128 GB version of the smartphone is not mentioned on the website, arouse suspicion as to whether it will be part of the initial launch phase. An earlier report had said that the 128 GB version of the Galaxy S6 will cost € 949while the 128GB variant of the Galaxy S6 edge will be sold just € 1,049 to Rs 73,300.

The Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge have a metal frame and a glass body on both the front and back.

In terms of specifications, the Samsung Galaxy S6 features a HD Super Quad AMOLOED 5.1 inch Display with 2,560 x 1,440 resolution just a 577ppi pixel density high.

Samsung Galaxy S6 board also sports a 5.1 inch screen with Quad HD Super AMOLED, but with dual onboard display. Both use Corning Gorilla Glass 4 for screen safety.

The devices are powered by Exynos 7 Octa-core Samsung processor that contain two quad-core processor clocked at 2.1 GHz and 1.5 GHz, respectively. Smartphones have 3 GB of RAM.

Both smartphones are also using mobile processor with 14 nanometer a platform 64-bit new memory system and memory LPDDR4 UFS 2.0 flash that, according to the Samsung, will be gibing superior performance and improved memory speed with lower power consumption.
