Moto E 2nd Gen Specifications | Cost | Release Date in India

Motorola will launch its second smartphone Moto E gen in India on March 10. The company sent out invitations for an event in New Delhi for the same date. According to reports, the phone will be priced between Rs 6000 - Rs. 7000 and launch via e-commerce site Flipkart.

The Moto E second generation, unveiled recently, comes with some updates on the first gen smartphone Moto E. However, the second gen phone face much more difficult than the competition from other companies like Micromax, Xiaomi and Asus are also focus on the segment.

Regarding the specifications go, the second generation Moto E 410 has a processor 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 1.2GHz with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone has a 4.5-inch qHD screen. It is powered by a 2390 mAh battery.

Moto G (Gen 2) LTE price and specifications

Motorola, soon after the registration of the Moto G (Gen 2) LTE on its website Brazil, has quietly started selling the handset in Brazil country. The Moto G was earlier this month also announced for release Q1 2015 in China.

The Moto G (Gen 2) LTE is now available to buy from Brazil the company's website at BRL 899 (approx Rs. 21,400), which is slightly more expensive than the Moto G 3G compatible (Gen 2) at a price of BRL 749 (approx Rs. 17,843). Last month, the Moto G (Gen 2) LTE was listed on Motorola's Brazilian site priceless.

Unfortunately, there is still no announcement of the company on any global launch of LTE variant of the Moto G (Gen 2). However, it is interesting to note that Brazil was an important market for Motorola as many handsets including Moto Moto the first generation G were initially launched in the country.

The Moto G (Gen 2) LTE comes in a dual-SIM, with slots for Micro cards. The rest of the smartphone specifications are the same as the variant 3G. It has a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The handset is powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 (MSM8226) processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and GPU sides Adreno 305 . It runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat out of the box. In view of that Motorola has already firm that all handsets will receive the Android 5.0 Moto Lollipop update; we can expect the Moto G (Gen 2) LTE also added to this list.

The Moto G (Gen 2) LTE has a rear camera of 8 megapixel autofocus camera, and a front camera of 2 megapixels. It also features speakers double front, above and below the screen, outside the two microphones. 4G LTE side, the smartphone also has 3G, Wi-Fi 80211.ac, 4.0LE Bluetooth, Micro USB, audio connectivity options 3.5mm. It measures 141.5x70.7x10.99mm. The Moto G (Gen 2) LTE is available to buy in black and lemon colors.

Moto E 2nd Gen Rumor Specifications and Images

The Moto E was launched in February of last year. This means it is time for the successor. So far, we have not heard of the 2nd generation Moto E. But like the approach of the launch date - what should happen in a month or two to come - some information began to flow.

Android Police, a website that covers news related to Android, apparently received two images (above) displayed Motorcycle E. If this is true, it seems that the new Moto E will use a slightly modified design compared to current model. The new device takes design elements of the new Moto X. It also seems to have a ring around the camera, but it is not clear whether this ring has a flash or not. From the photos, it looks like Flash is missing.

On the front, the two speakers left. It looks like Motorola will use mono speaker on the new version of the Moto E. However, the front camera, that current models lack, it is in 2nd generation Moto E.

In a break with the recent past, Motorola is organizing an event at Mobile World Congress. It is expected that the company would announce the 2nd generation Moto E at the event.

For now, there is no word on the hardware inside the new Moto E. However, given the low price, it is likely to have, do not expect much. At best, it is likely to have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor and 1GB of RAM. But if Motorola opted for slower hardware, it will not be a surprise.

It is expected that the new Moto E use Android Lollipop.

Unlike last year, when the Moto E was virtually unchallenged in the market in the first half of 2014, this time the new phone will face stiff competition from devices such RedMi 1S and Lenovo A6000.

Earlier today, Motorola has revealed that she has sold over 3 million phones in India in the last 10 months. He said that the future would continue to sell phones through Flipkart but also establish centers of experience where people can try and Moto phones.
